Area of application:✔ Machines✔ Metal housings✔ Fittings✔ Car bodies✔ Exhaust systems✔ Gates✔ FencesTechnical data:✔ Solvent odour✔ Resistant to petrol, chemicals and weathering✔ High-quality zinc coating with over 90% zinc dust content in the dry film✔ Dust-dry* after approx. 10 to 15 minutes✔ Adhesive-free* after approx. 20 to 30 minutes✔ Temperature resistant after approx. 8-12 hours✔ Temperature resistant: up to +350 °C✔ Highly heat resistant up to +600 °C*Drying (at 20°C, 50% relative humidity); the drying time depends on the ambient temperature, the humidity and the applied layer thickness.Application:The metal substrate must be bare and free of grease. Remove loose old paint and rust, sand if necessary. Mask off surfaces not to be painted. Bring the can to room temperature (20 °C to 25 °C) before use. Due to its high specific weight, the zinc spray must be shaken for at least 2 minutes after the balls have been applied to prevent the spray valve from clogging. Spray on several coats at a distance of approx. 25 cm to 30 cm. After drying (approx. 24 hours), apply primer and top coat. For objects exposed to heat, apply only thin coats and, if necessary, recoat with temperature-resistant paints (test coating). Overcoating with other paints is not recommended.
